Resumy-Ai is an AI-powered resume analysis and CV optimization tool provided by Aura Digital.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features, content, and the service structure at any time without prior notice.

4. Billing and Payment
This is a one-time payment with no automatic renewals or subscriptions. Payments are charged to the payment method you provide at checkout.
Pricing may be shown or charged in currencies other than EUR (€) and may vary depending on your region, exchange rates, local taxes, or third-party payment processor fees.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
5. EU Consumer Rights & Right of Withdrawal
5.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Only)
If you are a resident of the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of digital services within 14 days, under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Exceptions apply:
If you begin using the service before the 14-day period ends, you forfeit your right to withdraw.
For token purchases, use is considered to begin when you log in and start using any features or optimizations.

7. Account Use & Responsibility
Users must be 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing your account details is discouraged and may result in termination of service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, software, models, and documentation made available through Resumy-Ai are the property of Aura Digital or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, copying, reverse-engineering, scraping, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitations of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect results, or error-free performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Digital disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent token purchase.
Important note: Resumy-Ai provides suggestions and optimized resume outputs using AI. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, hiring decisions, or job placement.
10. Termination
Aura Digital may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the service
You engage in fraudulent activity
You attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Resumy-Ai will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
For EU and UK consumers, you also retain the right to bring claims in your country of residence.

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
